Every submission is reviewed by the Visual XIV editorial team.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
Selected contributors will be contacted using the email address provided with their submission.
Due to the volume of submissions, we may not be able to provide individual feedback on work that is not selected.
Please do not repeatedly email or DM regarding the status of a submission unless otherwise instructed.

300 DPI recommended for print consideration

Do not upscale low-resolution images

Avoid watermarks unless necessary

Use clear file names
Recommended naming:
FirstName_LastName_ProjectTitle_01.jpg
WRITEN DOCUMENTS
DOCX or PDF preferred.
LARGE FILES
For large submissions, provide a shareable link through a file-transfer or cloud-storage service.
Please make sure permissions allow our editorial team to access the files.
CREDITS
Visual XIV believes every contributor deserves proper recognition.
Please provide complete and accurate credits for everyone involved in creating the submitted work.
This may include photographers, writers, artists, models, stylists, designers, makeup artists, hair stylists, creative directors, assistants, studios, publications, and other collaborators.
Credits should be submitted exactly as you would like them to appear in publication.
RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership and copyright of your work.
By submitting, you grant Visual XIV permission to review your work and, if selected, reproduce the accepted work in connection with the relevant Visual XIV publication or feature and its promotion.
Submission does not automatically grant Visual XIV unrestricted ownership or usage rights.
Additional permissions may be requested before publication when necessary.
